We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these up until 30days.  Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

• If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

• Can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

• Personalised/customised items can't be returned.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

DELIVERY CHARGES Paid by the buyer Most of our packages are sent tracked Royal Mail, DHL or DX to Mainland UK. Please contact for rates to: Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey), Isle of Man, Offshorse Isles, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. Eh! Hockey will not be able to refund postage costs unless we have made a mistake on your order. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you. Please note to us a safe delivery option.

The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You should check all products you receive against your order as soon as possible to make sure they reflect what you ordered and that they are not damaged or are not as described. If you discover that the products do not reflect what you ordered, are damaged or are not as described you must tell us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering this by email.

There is no warranty on sticks. 30-day stick warranties offer little value. What offers more value is providing sticks at a great rate so you can buy multiple for the price you'd spend on one.
